Description

TPUCO PUR Wood Adhesive is a moisture curing, MDI-based, one-component binder designed for wood-to-wood bonding. This PUR Wood Adhesive is VOC-free, eco-friendly, and forms strong adhesion on varied materials with outstanding water resistance ability. Moreover, this PUR Wood Adhesive has a short drying time and a slightly foaming effect, making it suitable for construction project and furniture-making.

How to use

1. Apply glue on a wood piece
2. Brush evenly
3. Clamp both wood pieces together
4. Wipe off excess glue with a dry cloth
5. Wait for 10~15 mins for initial bonding
6. Remove cured adhesive on the surface and smooth with sandpaper

** Note that the adhesive working time is dependent on ambient conditions. Higher the temperature and humidity, faster the curing rate. The adhesive forms strong bonding after 2-3 hrs at ambient conditions and reaches optimum bonding strength after 24 hrs.

Storage

The PUR Wood Adhesive should be stored in their original, unopened containers at a temperature range between 20°C and 30°C. The shelf life of unopened, sealed containers is approximately six months under those storage conditions.
