----Brewhouse System

Compared with electrical and direct fired, steam is more more efficiency and economical. We will designed steam jacket and steam solenoid valve to heat the brewing vessels, brewer can set the temperature on the PLC control system, then the brewing vessels could be heated automatic. This is help a lot when you do step mashing. More automatic, you can choose an automation steam regulating valve, then the steam flow rate will be automatic controlled. Considering about the safety, we will design the steam relief valve and condenser valve. We could make the steam heated brewhouse even a 100L brew house system.

1. Capacity: 50L-30,000L, 1bbl-100bbl, +25% Head space

2. Interior shell thickness 3-6mm, Exterior shell=2mm

3. 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

4. Interior finish: pickled and passivated, external polished, 80mm insulated

5. Test pressure 3 bar, working pressure 1.5 bar

6. Glycol zones (Both on side and concial/bottom)

Details of the tank:

1----Malt Mill

1. Malt Mill Material: Stainless steel /Carbon steel;

2. Speed differencial Double roller type malt mill machine;

3. Equipped with motor, belt pulley, belts, etc;

4. Crushing Particle Size: Adjustable

5. Ratio of Magnetic Metal Material:≤0.003g/kg

6.Temperature of Rollers after Production:≤56℃

7. Working capacity, power and dimension is decided according to mashing system.

8. Flexible auger and grain hopper is optional

2---- Cooling system

Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers(the cold liquor tun is optional).

Usually for the large beer system,we suggest with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with chiller +glycol water tank.

1.Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing

2. Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy

3. Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
