We suggest you buy machine with heads, and All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable. .If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons; we don't accept return or exchange.

3. Service: English version printer, English manual and necessary tools will be provided.

We can give the assistance online during installation, operation and maintenance and trouble-shoot.

If you need our technician to install for you,we can send the technician to your place to install,

but the buyer need to pay all the expense for the technician).
