A1: Our BOLAMY outboards factory started from 2010, for past two years, we mainly focus on product R&D and product endurable testing; We also have separate production line for producing most die casting & plastic parts for outboards.

Q5. How long you will test each engine before packing and shipment?
A5: During producing, such as the painting, we have more than 800 hours testing experiment. And the finished products, we have to do at least half an hour testing before packaging.
Q6.The spare parts are made by yourself or purchased?
A6: Some key parts import from Taiwan and Japan, all other plastic & aluminum parts (such as bottom cover, lower unit case,
propeller, crankcase etc. are made by our own plant, assure our spare parts quality control and delivery time.
Q7. How about Warranty?
A7: Warranty for commercial use is 1 year;
Over 100 units, we supply 1% free wearing spare parts to distributor, to support their after-sale service.
Q8. Production Time:
A8: If we have stocks, can sent directly after you make full payment. If we don’t have stocks, and quantity is not big,15 workdays after order confirm.
Normally each type we have more than 300pcs stocks. If your order we have stocks, no need production time.
Q9. How about the payment term?
A9: Western union, T/T, Money Gram
Sample order, 100% T/T advanced payment before deliver.
Container order: 30% deposit + 70% balance pay before shipping when the outboards had prepared.

A10: MOQ is 1 PC outboard motor for testing order, Delivery by TNT or DHL Economy delivery. 5-7 days arriving, Door to Door delivery.
