Product Details

Adopt advanced vertical lathe manufacturing technology, modular design, FEA analysis, integrated use of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic techniques, to guarantee high precision machining performance.
● Siemens 828D CNC control ( optional, FANUC and GSK). Except CNC auto running mode, at the same time, it has the function of full manual operation.
● With big torque variable AC main motor plus gearbox in two steps, with threading function and CSCS ( constant surface cutting speed) function.
● High grade and good quality castings are make by own foundry, following by proper heat treatment, providing long lifetime and stable accuracy.
● The guide rail of worktable adopts constant current motor to supply oil with stable precision, equipped with separated hydraulic station, the hydraulic oil adopts constant temperature refrigeration, all these advanced techniques assure customer a high and long stable machining accuracy.
● High precision ball screws , and use imported bearing support.
● Gearbox adopts high precision grinding gear.
