Soap machinery plant toilet and laundry soap stamper machine
This machine is the downstream soap shape forming machine in the soap production line.
The friction force of the new linear rails is just the 1/20 of the original cast iron V shape rails. The transmission part has been enhanced to enforce the stamping. And the biggest laundry soap can be of 300 g weight. It has the advantages of smooth running,low vibration and noise,high productivity and long working life.
The speed can be adjusted according to upstream plodder output speed and bar weight
