Compared with ordinary Aluminum base Grease, Aluminum Complex Grease has many advantages. Since its introduction in the 1960s, the development of compound aluminum-based grease is relatively slow compared with that of lithium based grease, mainly due to the higher requirements of production technology and production equipment, as well as some key performance breakthroughs. Now, with the development of some technical patents, the performance of compound al-base grease has been greatly improved in terms of water resistance, high temperature resistance and shear stability.
Like other types of grease, complex aluminum-based grease consists mostly of base oils and is thickened with a thickener for complex aluminum-based grease. Synthetic al-base fats use synthetic oils as base oils. Most base oils are mineral based oils.
According to the additive formula, there are different types of compound al-base grease, such as extreme pressure compound al-base grease and anti-oxygen and anti-rust compound al-base grease. For example, the synthesis of extreme pressure al-base grease indicates that the thickener type is composite al-base thickener, the base oil USES synthetic oil, and the extrusion additive (EP) is used in the additive.
