Solas rescue boat is designed in accordance with the international convention on SOLAS 1974,Amendment 1996(MSC47(66),LSA Code MSC.226(82), MSC.218(82),MSC.272(85).
Solas rescue boat is fitted an outboard gasoline engine. There is a fuel oil tank of 100 liter for boat running four hours at the speed of over 6 knots with 6 persons.
Two independent chargeable starting systems are installed (two batteries), and a manually operated bilge pump is provided to drain water from boat. All the tools and spares for engine are also supplied.
With regard to the console of 4.5M fast rescue boat , C onsole is fitted at the stern at the position of helmsman. The main operation can be carried out from this place.
There are steering gear, remote control for engine, search light, compass fitted on the console.
A single point liftting arrangement is fitted and connected with Solas rescue boat by support.
