Product Description
Z945X-16Q Electric Non-rising Stem Soft Seal Gate Valve is composed of multi-turn electric actuator and flange gate valve, mainly used to open or cut off the medium in the pipeline, not suitable for adjusting the flow of medium, electric flange gate valve is suitable for pressure, temperature and caliber range is very large, especially suitable for medium and large diameter pipelines.

characteristics, electric elastic seat seal gate valve gate plate has the function of interchangeable, the installation of spiral
bevel gear labor-saving mechanism, one person can be very easy to open and close, can also be installed according to the user's requirements to install the opening and closing indicator column. Excellent sealing and anti-rust function, safe and reliable, long service life.
Electric flange gate valves are mainly used in water conservancy, construction, fire protection, electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical, medicine and other fields. It is mainly used in the pipelines of various system working conditions of petroleum, chemical, hydropower and thermal power stations, cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium.
Main features
1.Compact structure, reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth channel, small flow resistance coefficient.
2.There is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat and the flat bottom structure, which is consistent with the diameter of the valve body, to avoid the accumulation of debris and make the fluid unimpeded.
3.Flexible graphite packing plate, reliable sealing, light and flexible operation.
4.The driving mode is divided into manual, electric, pneumatic, gear transmission and structural form; Elastic wedge single valve, rigid wedge type single valve plate and double gate plate versions.
5.The valve body bonnet is coated with epoxy resin inside and outside, and its thickness is not less than that, and it does not crack or fall off in use.
6.The surface of the valve plate is fully coated with rubber, and the rubber and the bone core frame are firmly combined, not easy to fall off, and have excellent elasticity.
7.The upper seal between the valve stem and the bonnet adopts three O-type rubber sealing rings, the valve stem rotates lightly, the sealing is reliable and the service life is long.
