A: Yes,we can print logo, the minimum order quantity is 50 pairs if add logo,color can mix. Q: Do you accept return or refund ? A:Please note all of our slippers are made to order, we do not accept return or refund. Q: Does the final item color are exactly the same with pictures ? A: We don’t and never guarantee final color will be exactly the same with pictures, because even the same item,color will looks different when we take pictures from different place or different angle, and even the same item will looks different when you see it on different mobiles or computers. And due to the dying work is made by manual work so the color inevitable have color difference,So we do not accept dispute on color difference. Q: Do you make custom package ? A: We always pack the slippers by plastic bags, if customers are willing to pay extra money for a paper box,we can also pack them by paper box. Slippers will looks pressed flat and the fur looks won’t so fluffy when it ship by plastic bags during shipping, please don’t worry it’s not quality problem, you only need to shake the slipper, use a hair dryer blow the furs by cold air and put them into a vantilate place for sometime ,then the fur will become fluffy against , so we also do not accept dispute when the slipper being pressed in the package and get flat.
