CY -1200X-S-VT-BMGH is a compact and economic 1200ºC Max. Bridgman crystal growth furnace with 2" quartz tube and precision hanged wire travel mechanism, which is designed for growing small size crystal under controlled atmosphere or sealed quartz crucible at low cost. Vertical Two Zone Tube Furnace	Compact two zones split vertical tube furnace. Working Voltage: 110V AC or 220V selectable Max. Power Consumption: 1.5 KW Two Heating Zone: 100 mm L for each Zone , 200 mm L in total Max. heating temperature: 1200°C Continuous working temperature: 1100°C Two programmable digital temperature controllers which control two heating zone independently. Max. Temperature gradient: 1ºC/Cm Finding suitable thermal gradient is user responsibility Adjusting two heating zone's temperature can create different thermal gradient profile Adjusting furnace opening diameter also can change thermal gradient Quartz tube is included with sealed flange. Hanging wire	Three sets of Ni-SShanging wire are included (pic to the left). Max. working temperature is 800C. Thin hanging wire goes through the top flange. Positive inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere. For air sensitive material, sample shall be sealed in a small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed as Pic below right
