INTRODUCTION (scr system adblue /def transfer and heating line/hose)
1. SCR technology uses anmonia to break down nitrogen oxide (NOX) emissions.
2. Ammonia is introduced through Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) or Adbule , which is injected into the exhaust stream.
3. Specially mannufactured hoses are employed to move DEF or Adbule fluid throughout the system.
4. DEF or Adbule freezes at +12°F(-11℃). DEF or Adbule hoses and couplings are electronically heated to prevent freezing.
Applications
1.Agriculture equipment
2.Construction equipment
3.RV & Bus
4.Heavy Duty Truck
5.Stationary Gensets
6.Diesel Locomotives
