Mattress Inner Spring

1. The best one spring we use for premium quality mattress. DOUBLE HEAT TREATMENT OF COILED SPRING

2. According to the method for heat treatment of coiled spring of the present invention, the coil spring obtained by the cold forming is annealed by electric resistance heating, residual stress of the coiled spring can be less and durability of the coiled spring is further improved.

3. We use a total mass 109±4kg six-sided roller test for 10,000 cyscles to record the height of mattress. after tested. the height decrease 3 mm compared with before test. That is equal to a person who sleep on a mattress 20years (based on 8 hours sleep every day)

4.All of our spring coils is made of 70#A high carbon steel wire and via by double heat treament fully reduced the internal force of the spring, improved the performance of a spring and durability.

Compressed mattress Notes

1. The premium quality mattress is packed using our high tech vacuum packaging technology in wooden pallet. 1 Pallet can packing 35-40pcs. It will expand in minutes after unpacking and will restore to its usable shape within 24 hours. To reach full thickness, please allow for a few more days for the comfort layers to fully restore.

2. Approx ~27cm thick - when measuring please ensure you are measuring from bottom surface to the top surface. Please allow for 1-2cm variance either way.
