1. “7 days” policy:
the product from the day that received by customer within 7 days, for factory failure the consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair.
2. “15 days” policy:
the product since the day sold within 15 days, the occurrence of factory failure the consumers can choose to replace or repair.
3. “2 years” policy: within 2 years warranty period, for non-man-made damages we will provide repair solutions and necessary parts to solve the problem.
