Usage Guide
Use adhesive cleaning agent to clean the inner and outer surfaces of the material and dry it. It can enhance the adhesive strength
If the material is an inert metal or the curing speed is too slow, use our catalyst 7649 and let it dry. For a smooth fit, simply apply a circle of adhesive to the guide angle of the screw and nut, rotate during assembly to ensure good coating. For a press fit, both bonded surfaces need to be coated with adhesive and assembled under appropriate high pressure. For a hot fit, the adhesive should be applied to the bolt, and then the screw should be heated to create enough clearance for free assembly. Do not apply any adhesive to the screw component until the component reaches sufficient operating strength
