Application:
WD8212A/B is a two-component, 100% solid content polyurethane laminating adhesive. It is widely used in laminating of various treated film like OPP, CPP, PA, PET, PE, PVDC etc. It is suitable to general packaging and 100℃ boiled packaging . It has low viscosity and short curing time.
USAGE: Suitable for Any type of solvent less laminating machine
Mix ratio by weight: WD8118A : WD8118B = 100:75 (65 - 85)
(Note: The mix proportion of A/B is only the advice we probided. Please choose the suitable proportion according to operating environment, material, performance requirement and so on. Please test and affirm before formal production.)
Coating weight: 1.0g/m2 - 2.0g/m2 （adjust depending on the laminating material and requirement)Laminating temperature: 20 - 40℃ (This is only the recommend laminating temperature, the customer should be adjusted according to the actual need of the different structure.)
Pot life ：≥ 30min
Cure time : 24 to 72 hours (at 35 - 50℃ ,RH > 30%)
Cleaning soblvent: Ethyl Acetate etc.
STORAGE:
Store at room temperature and protect from moisturing to keep the shelf life of material longer and indefinite.
