VBOLT-DB Black waste car motor engine oil processing recycling distillation refinery plant make use of thin film evaporator, followed by solvent extraction process (after distillation) for the recycling (re-refining) of Used Lube Oil to base oil group I closed to group II with zero environmental waste, no air, no solid and no liquid pollution. It contains: Pre-fliter system, Blending system, Vacuum distillation system, Cooling system, Receiving system, Refining system, Exhaust treatment system and Control system. The whole set of equipment is a PLC-controlled automatic system, which requires one or two workers to operate independently for 24 hours.
