Rubber materials constitute the core of the materials used in our products. Rubber material technologies include mixing design technique for providing required performance and functions, mixing technique for materializing the performance and functions of rubber materials in accordance with the compound design, and processing technique for molding the resulting rubber compound. Bando have been improving and developing these techniques all through our history.

In addition, rubber material evaluation technology is indispensable for product development. Bando improve not only the evaluation techniques defined in standards but also our proprietary evaluation techniques to continue the improvement and acquisition in order to attain the performance required by our customers.

Urethane products, as typified by "Bancollan," are greatly influenced by the polymer molecules in the materials. Hence, in addition to our proprietary compound design technique that is similarly important for rubber and resin materials, polymer design is also an important technology for urethane materials. Urethane materials are widely different from rubber and resin materials in processing techniques.

They are molded through dispersion and mixing of multi-component liquid materials typically using casting machines. Urethane material products are often used in electronic devices. So we have been accumulating and improving evaluation techniques in different fields as well.

Currently, we actively operate with three members in overseas division.

It may seem that we have few people. However, since each one has solid knowledge of the export business, we are able to function without any problems.

We do the packing and other things for export ourselves, aiming to deliver goods to our customers without added costs.

Because we deal with most Japanese makers, if you give us the maker and some simple product details, we can find it.
