POLYETHER POLYOL 5631D is a 3,000-molecular weight polyether triol. It is used to produce flexible PU foam and mattress, etc.
5631D is a EO and PO based polyether polyol with low unsaturation. It is suitable to produce flexible polyurethane foam especially for sponge, seating, mattress, furniture and many other applications
Applications
5631D has a wide application. it's widely used in foam, mattress, furniture, cushion industries, sound-absorbing panels, carpet lower layers, filters, packaging materials, etc.
With proper reaction activity, it can meet the requirements from different density of foams.
5631D can also be used along with polymer polyols, such as LHS-50, LHS-100 to produce foams that can meet varies requirements, like density, hardness, durability etc.
