This is our large and new tire changer machine which is a pplicable for assembling and disassembling tires with center hole diameter between 14 ” -46 ” (maximum expansion to 62 ” )
It can assemble and disassemble all kinds of tires for truck, bus and engineering vehicle, agricultural machines etc.large vehicle.
Widely used for some transportation Logistics Center company, 4S service centre, large&medium autos repair shop and factory.
Features tire changer machine truck
1, This is the automatic tyre changer. Remove the tire without crwobar, do not hurt the wheel hub and not hurt the tires.
2, The mobile low-voltage control handle is used for operation. Then control console is light and convenient to move.
3, The operating pressure is 24V that is safe and stable.
4, Automatic lifting, stretching and clamping of supporting arm. Tire removal device hook automatic head lifting. The pulley moves automatic left or right.
5,Tool support, lifting arm and fixture are all driven by hydraulic pressure. The clamping force can be adjusted infinitely.
6,The standard configuration is hook with pressing wheel, and hook with pressing plates is optional
7,Then guide rail adopts the whole grinding process to ensure the precision of the guide rail and make the operation more stable.
