QD580 5-AXIS CNC TOOL GRINDER
QD580 is made for IT, automotive industry, aerospace industry, medical industry, and other metal grinding tools industries.
It is a high precision and efficient tool grinding equipment with excellent performance at non-standard tools.
It can produce and sharpen all kinds of end mills, drills and form cutters etc.
The machine can be optionally equipped with a 3 axis automatic loading system, anti-collison system, accurate clamping and high accuracy holder for work piece.
Machine Main Body

✮ The fuselage bases(X carrier,Y carrier,Z carrier and Z column) are all made of artificial granite, with unmatched thermal stability and excellent vibration absorption.
✮ Linear axis X,Y,Z adopt linear guide drive with ball-screw . It is HIWIN brand from Taiwan.
✮It has a distance between centres of 520millimeter /540millimeter and a centre height of 350millimeter.
✮With24 KW high powerful precision direct drive grinding head.
✮ Double grinding spindle head can be installed with 4-8 pieces of grinding wheels.
✮It can complete the clamping and grinding of the front, back and end face of the tool at one time.
✮Rotation spindle A-axis adopts direct-drive motor.
✮This machine is equipped with W25 precision holder which matches with SCHAUBLIN collet.
✮Clamping method of workpiece can be pneumatic.
✮ It is easy for the users to set up the grinder without going to the screen or leaning over.
✮ The remote operator can control the feed rate, and the feed rate is changed during commissioning.
✮The machine is equipped Nachi robotic arm. The automatic loading and unloading robot system which can realize full-automatic production for 24 hours.
