Substrate Cultivation
Substrate cultivation is the largest method in soilless cultivation. It fixes crop in organic or inorganic substrate, by method of dripping or trickle irrigation, and supplies crops nutrient solution. Culture substrate can be filled into a plastic bag, or laid in the cultivation channels or grooves. Substrate culture nutrient solution can avoid the spread of disease through the circulation of nutrient solution.
Substrate culture has strong buffer ability, so there is no contradiction of moisture, nutrients and O2, and the equipment is more simple than hydroponics and aeroponics, even without the need of power, so less investment, low cost.
Hydroponics
Hydroponic refers to plant roots in direct contact with nurient solution without substrate cultivation.
Its principle is making a very thin layer of nutrient solution, continue to cycle through the crop roots, not only to ensure a continuous supply of crop water and nutrient, but also to ensure a continuous supply of fresh O2. NFT cultivation makes irrigation technology greatly simplified and do not need to calculate crop water requirement, and it can get equilibrium of nutrient supply. The isolation of root and soil, can avoid all kinds of soil bome diseases not need to sterilize soil.
Soilless Culture Details
1. The soilless system is used coconut coir as substrate.
There is nutrient solution supply machine, which can control the EC value and PH value automatically. Inside installs hanging pipe and hanging line.
2. Substrade: coconut coir
The parameter of coconut coir: biological and environmental, plenty of organic nutrients, retaining water and ventilating.
PH value: 5.5-6.5 EC value≤600μs/cm
3. PVC planting trough
The planting trough is made of PVC pipe, thickness 3-4mm, the top width 180mm, bottom width 120mm and height 160mm.
The planting trough can be put on shelves, and also can be put on the ground or under ground. The PVC trough has many sizes, customized by you.
4.Planting Arrangement
Install 8-9 rows in the greenhouse with 12m span, evenly distributed; install 5-6 rows in the greenhouse with 8m span , evenly distributed.
One side is a little high, and the other side is a little low for drainage of the wast nutrient solution. Install track between the two rowa for daily management and picking.
5.Irrigation and fertilization
The irrigation system is including nutrient solution supply machine, water pipe, branch pipe and drip nozzle.
The machine can be controlled EC value and PH value automatically. The main water pipe is PVC pipe.
1. How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is from 10 days to 60 days after getting deposit. It depends on the greenhouse size.
2. How long is the warranty period?
We will supply free spare parts if any problem occurred in 12 months after installations.
3. Is your compay foreign trade company or manufacturer?
We are manufacturer.
4. Can you supply sample?
Small parts can be supplied, but clients should pay the express fee.
5. Can your company supply greenhouse design?
Our company can give greenhouse design according to your land and plant after getting deposit. And we can give simple drawing before signing contract.
6. How to install greenhouse?
We will send our engineers to clients' site for guiding the installations.
Client should hire enough local workers for doing the installation work.
7. When installing, what cost should we pay?
Our engineers' airline tickets, local accommodations, visa fees, etc are taken by the clients.
Our engineers' salary is $100/day per person.
8. What is the payment terms?
Generally, our payment way is 30%-50% TT deposit, the balance by TT before loading.
Or you can give your own payment term, then we can negotiate it.
