Application
Product
This product is a new generation of general-purpose high-grade lubricating grease. It is made by using a new type of complex calcium sulfonate salt to thicken high-viscosity refined base oil, and adding a high-efficiency extreme pressure anti-wear agent through a special process.
This product has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, long service life, good mechanical stability, colloidal stability (the consistency is basically unchanged under high and low temperature conditions) and good water resistance.
Usage
This product is mainly suitable for the lubrication of hot-rolled and cold-rolled bearings in the metallurgical industry, rotary tables, crystallizers, secondary cooling sections, sector-shaped section rollers, tension levelers and swing shears of continuous casting equipment, and conveyor rollers. It is also widely used. In other industrial industries, it is suitable for the lubrication of medium and low speed bearings, gears, chains, and high-speed giant couplings under high temperature and heavy load conditions. It is also suitable for the lubrication of some parts that are in contact with water, water vapor or acids and alkali.
