Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A1: Normally, goods are well packed in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can do as per your packing request after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A2: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% paid before delivery. Photos of the goods ready to ship will be sent to you before you pay the balance. For small order quantity, it should be 100% full payment before delivery.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A3: Generally, most of the items are ready to ship, and can be shipped in 1-5 days after payment received. If customized products it should be negotiated, it depends on the items as well as order quantity.
