A2: Custom design is accept, you can send us your idea, color, fabric and more request or physical samples for follow or for modification accordingly. We have a professional and efficient team to follow with your specific demands by 24 hours.
Q3: How to get a sample and time?
A3: We can proceed the samples with counter samples or pictures or designs, and sample fee always refundable after the order is confirmed. Courier/shipping cost will be well calculated to try to save the money for you. Sample lead time is 3-8 days.
Q4: How to use the limit discount?
A4: No matter the sample orders or mass production orders, before you pay it, please email or send TM messenger to us and show the tickets and the items you want to proceed, then we will reduce the cost and send final PI for payment.
