Normally, we do not ask for MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). Q7:Can I buy some samples before the orders? A7.Yes we can offer you samples before the orders but it is on payment basis . Q8:How long is the Production Lead Time? A8 Generally , our products can delivery from 7days -60days since we get payment of deposit ,exact delivery time depend on the design you chose . Q9:Can you give warranty of your products? A9.Yes,our warranty is 5 years, we are proud of our quality since each department we have professional QC teams. We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders.
