Ordering
We provide maximum variety of gas springs as standard range in our website. You can easily filter parameters and download its data to use in your design. In case you cant reach required parameters in our product range, just send us details. We provide you 2d drawing or step file if we are able to produce. As soon as items and quantities defined, we provide you order confirmation form which includes prices, lead time, delivery and payment conditions. We prefer Bank Transfers as main payment method, however, for smaller shipments we are able to provide you credit card payment link, which makes possible to make payments via VISA, AMEX or Master Card with total safety.
Production
All our products are being produced in Turkey with reliable raw materials and components according to EU regulations. Our skilled engineers which rule processes like steel processing, stoning, nitriding, gas filling, painting and assembling by indoor capabilities. We provide periodic trainings for work safety and minimize production faults. In order to provide sustainability in deliveries and quality we constantly monitor contract manufacturers.

Motionstruts are continuously tested to ensure reliability, long life and over all product safety for your highest satisfaction. Using our test and development laboratory, products and technology are constantly being improved. Following tests are made by our in-house test equipments or officially registered laboratories:
Damping measurements – Extension speed measurements – Extension force measurements – Leakage tests – Salt spray tests – Life cycle tests – Test of mechanical strength – Test of actual application – Metallographic inspections: material, hardness, microstructure. In order to provide traceble service we share final control reports of each shipment in MS Connect for our registered customers
