Introduction：
American Extrusion International coating tumblers are specially designed to apply seasoning to your bake or fry type product in a uniform manner. Coating drums are manufactured to suit all capacity requirements. Standard sizes range from 8' length x 23" diameter to 11' length x 36" diameter. All come standard with a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs. Motor, bracket, and oil spray pipe and nozzle are also standard.
□ Fish - oil or other nutritious additives are sprayed on the surface of the pellets to improve palatability and conversion rate of feed .
□ Adopting drum pattern and oil atomization spraying system together with continuous and automatic operation .
□ Widely used for spraying fat , vitamin , substrate and medication onto the surface of extrusion feed .
Working principle：
Hoister conveys the puffed foods into the rollers, to receive oil and flavors spraying, thus enhance taste. Flavor sprayer to spray the flavors on the surface of puffed foods/snacks. It's very important procedure in making different flavor puffed foods/snacks Oil sprayer : heating the edible oil to a certain temperature degree, and then spray on the surface of puffed foods,to enhance the color and flavors.
Coating tumblers: makes puffed foods overturning inside, to catch more oil and flavors.
