1. Stock products

Finished packed products are checked the packing before it is in the carton by packing QC.

Packing

White box defaultly. Should u have any special demand, please kindly contact us now.

For OEM giftbox, minimum order quantity is 2000pcs.

For Logo and words only on the white box, we can make sticker for u.

Lead time

For stock products, it can be sent out in 3 days after your payment.

For stock products with your logo, it takes around 10days after payment.

For stock prouducts with your sticker, it takes around 7days after payment.

For OEM, it takes around 15days after your payment with all OEM details provided.

For ODM, it depends on the project itself, generally around 50days and more.

Shipping

For quantity less than 1.5CBM , it is usually shipped by express or air shipment.

Express takes around 3-7days. Air shipment takes around 7-10days.

For quantity more than 1.5CBM or 300kgs , it  is usually shipped by sea.

Sea shipment takes around 20-50days depends on different area.

1. Does all products have stock?

All products listed in less than 500pcs have stock.

2. Can we mix different colors of one item in one order?

yes, no problem, leave us message on the numbers for each color.

For stocked colors, all quantity acceptable.

For customer pantone number, minimum order for each color has to be 3000pcs.

3. Does the price listed include the shipping cost?

Not include shipping cost. Because shipping cost is different from area to area and from quantity to quantity. Please kindly contact us with your demand, then we can check the best shipping for u accordingly.

4. Can we make our own LOGO on the product?
