A: We are a factory specializing in warehouse storage racks, supermarket shelves, shoes rack.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China.
3. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Others are also available.
4. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance payment against copy of BL.
5. Q: What is delivery times
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, usually for the first order we need about 20 days,and will be faster for large quantity.
6. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Shanghai port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading
port.
