1. Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a professional manufacturer of diamond and CBN tools.
2. What are your main products and advantageous products?
We produce several kinds of diamond and CBN tools, like grinding wheel, grinding disc and saw blade. We are more specialized in resin bond, vitrified bond, metal bond and electroplated grinding wheels for different applications, like use for processing gemstone, tungsten carbide, steel milling cutters, crankshaft etc.
3. Where is your location?
We are in Guangzhou, the South of China, near to HK.
4. What about your payment terms?
Usually we accept TT, PayPal, Western union. For bigger order, accept 50% deposit in advance, the balance before shipping.
5. What is your order lead time?
For metal bond and electroplated products, usually 15 working days after payment for trial order; it will be 30-35days for mass production. For resin bond and vitrified bond products, usually it will take 10days. For the products which we have stocks, lead time is 3-7days from the payment day.
6. Can you accept small order or sample order?
Yes, small order is welcome. Welcome to consult our staff before order.
7. How long has your company been in this field?
Our company started to produce diamond and tools in the end of 1990.
