A: Our factory is located in South Gongmao Road Haicheng Street, Longwan District Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Very near to the Longwan airport, welcome to visit us.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 25-30days after receiving deposit. While for larger order, we'll try our best to catch the shipment.
Q: What's the quality assurance you can provide?
A: 100% inspection for bulk production. We also pay close attention to packaging and delivery.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we offer samples, but client needs to pay the sample fees & the courier charges. Kindly note the sample fees are refundable when clients place orders. Thank you.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally we accept 30% T/T in advance, balanced payment before delivery.
