Production Process:
1. CUTTING:
To cut aluminium extrusions based on desgn drawings;
2. MILLING:
Detailed facrication process; to dril or shape the extrusions based on design drawings to accurate dimensions;
3. ASSEMBLY:
To assemble extrusion pieces into frame or finished products;
4. SEALANT:
To apply sealant to the curtain wall components;
5. CURING:
To place finished products in a dust controlled environment for sealant curing
