About PDLC Switchable Glass Film
PDLC(
Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) Switchable glass film is liquid crystal sandwiched between two layers of ITO( conductive film), with AC power it can be controlled with a remote to make the glass clear or opaque which brings instant privacy, this switchable glass film is now widely used in office partition, hotel, bank,villa and any place where requires instant privacy

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE
1. Prepare all tools required,(water or alcohol, scraper, glue gun)
2. Clean glass with water or alcohol then make sure glass is dry before sticking。
3. Peel off protection film on adhesive side.
4. Stick the film to glass slowly, with scraper to eliminate air bubbles
5. Do wiring and testing
6. Cover wiring and seal with glass glue.

Quality Control
1. All of our roll smart film & glass are checked under light while laminating on the machine.
2.When we are cutting smart film and making busbar on it, we will check it again.
3. After we finished it we will check film again under light to ensure there is no color difference, white or black dot and every piece of film will be tested 30mins.
After-Sale Service
1.We give 5 years warranty for smart glass and 2 years warranty for adhesive smart film
2. When client send complaint to sales, we will forward it to our tecnical colleague and response in 2 hours.
3. If we find it is product problem and it is still under warranty, we will arrange replacement for free.
4. If the damage caused by mishandling or man made damage, we will replace it with cost.
5. We will provide installation instructions while cargo sent to client.

Answer: Yes we have adhesive smart film which can stick to existing glass
Q 2 Is this difficult to install ?
Ansewr: This is very simple to install, we will supply necessary tools and instructions on how to do wiring, just clean glass,
stick the film then do the wiring
Q 3 Do you also supply transformer ?
Answer: Yes we will supply transformer which comes with remote
Q 4 How much power does this consume?
Answer : 7-10 watts for each square meter, we have 30W,50W,100W and 200W transformer for different qty and size of glass.
Q5 Does it block UV rays and can we use it as safety film ?
Answer : Yes it blocks 98% UV rays and it can protect the glass from flying.
Q6 Can this product be installed in bathroom or shower room.
Answer :Yes it can ,please cover the wiring carefully

Answer : Sorry but we can’t do this on site, but we will show you how to install this until you learned it.
