How it works

Unlock via the App : The iTrackEasy smart lock can be remotely locked or unlocked through our smartphone App. You'll never have to worry about fogetting a numeric passcode or misplacing a small key.

Unlock via Button Code : Click on the lock button with your custom set pattern to unlock it, even if your smartphone is not nearby.

Separation Alarm : if you accidentally forget your suitcase secured with our smart lock, the App will notify you and show you its last known location.

Last Known Location : View the last known location of your smartlock-secured item in the App.

TSA Approved

The iTrackEasy Smart Padlock has been approved by the Transport Security Authority (TSA). At airports, suitcases secured with our lock will not be forced or cut open by custom officers.

1. How far is the connection range between the phone and the padlock?
Outdoors is approximately 50 meters, indoors is about 15-30 meters.

2, Can Android version be used?

Yes, but your phone must support Blue tooth 4.0, and run Android 4.3 and above.

3 Any requirements for the iPhone version?

The App works with iPhone 4s and above, on IOS 8.0 and above.
