1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer ?
A: We are a factory with trading department. Our factory is located in Zhejiang, which has more than 160 machines, over 10 production lines and 2 automatic production lines.
2. When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your enquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
3. Are your samples free or paid?
A: We can provide free sample, but freight shall be collected.
If you need customized samples, please send us your design artwork file or your sample.
4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: We are pleased to offer you a sample for reference, tell us your requirements.
We need to know the sample's shape, size, weight, color, fragrance, effect, appearance and package.
5. Can you design the artwork for us?
A: Yes of course, tell us your needs, our experienced team are there to help you.
6. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: It will be ready for delivery in 5-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Generally, it will take about 30 days for a container quantity after you place the order.
8. Are the products safe during the shipment?

9. How do you guarantee quality?
A: We will make a pre-production sample before mass production, and we will make a final inspection before shipment.

10. What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% deposit paid advance by bank transfer, 70% payment against the copy of B/L or LC at sight.
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow and LC.
11. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Usually FOB Shanghai port or FOB Ningbo port.
12. What's the wax ingredients?
A: We have many kinds of wax. For example: soy wax, paraffin wax, beewax, vegetable wax, coconut wax and so on.
We can customize the product according to your request.
13. What's the scents we can choose?
A: Rose, lavender, vanilla, figs, ebony, lemon, neroli, bluebell, English pear freesia, sandalwood and so on.
What's more, you can customise. We add 6% natural essential oil to the candle usually. It can also be changed from 1% to 8% as your request.
14. What's the MOQ ?
A: The MOQ depends on your requirements of the products specifications. For example: material, color, size, wax, wick.
We also welcome your small MOQ needs, such as 300 pieces. Tell us your needs, we'll see if it's workable.
15. How to proceed an order for bulk production?
A: Step1. Firstly let us know your requirements .
Step2. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Step3. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and arranges the deposit for a formal order.
Step4. Fourthly we arrange the production.
16. Can you make silk printing/ hot stamping/ label on the bottle and jar?
A: Yes, we offer silk printing, hot stamping, label service .
17. Can you make the bottle by our design?
A: Yes , we can develop the mold as your design. OEM&ODM, and design as your request.
18. If any defective products, how can you settle it for us?
A: We will make replacement for the defective products if it's not product's problem.
