CETETH 25 is a non-ionic emulsifier obtained by the addition of natural saturated fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide, CETETH 25 (HLB15-17) is an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier, which forms a pair of complementary emulsifier pairs with CETETH 6. The emulsifier pairs have a strong emulsifying ability in low dosage, and the emulsions prepared are of high stability and bright appearance. It can tolerate a certain degree of inorganic salts and extreme pH conditions, and is suitable for the production of emulsions containing fruit acids and strongly alkaline emulsions such as hair coloring creams and depilatory creams, in addition to the production of general creams and emulsions. It is a very versatile emulsifier.
