Our products are available for cold and freezer storage as well as any other different purposes. Generally used temperatures for cold rooms is 0 /+ 5 C, while freezers are working between -18 C and -20 C. Our products are equipped with digital thermometer and automatic controlled electronic. Customer can set parameters of temperature and easily check room temperature on the LED/LCD display. Any other functions (such as defrosting, dripping, alarms, on-off circles) can be managed by the automatic electronic control system.

Both commercial walk-in cold and freezer rooms can be built by painted metal or stainless steel. For special purposes we can use other materials as well. For example PE coated or wooden patterned walls.

Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation,foamed by high pressure by using Germany BASF foaming material,green to the environment.

PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density above 43kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of  0.021W/(m.k)

All the panels are with fire retardant, self-extinguish;test to be B1 grade hard firing materials. The panels are male and female type with cam locks, use hexagonal key to assemble.
