Sure, printing logo/pattern is welcomed based on MOQ. For other personal customizations, welcome to consult us, and
we will try our best to implement them for you.
2. I want to do custom order, but can't reach your MOQ, what should I do?
Under this condition, you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule, if we have same or similar palette is going to do mass production and you can accept, you can place a smaller order less than MOQ, we would be very glad to assist.
3.Can I get a sample before placing big orders?
Yes, welcome to buy sample to test first. Normally for available stock samples, we could ship out within 3 days. Customized sample 7-14 days.
4.Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?
There is color difference for pictures in different phone/PC, and it is tested differently in different skin tones, so we
encourage you to purchase samples.
5.What's the lead time for order delivery?
Goods in stock: 3 days. If you need to add logo on the items, it needs 5-7 more days to make you logo.
Mass production:30-40 days usually, 40-60 days in peak season. Also depends on the products.
