1. Orange peel skin removing machine, orange peeling machine, orange peeler, orange processing equipment. It is mainly suitable for peeling orange peel.

2. Peeling rate: 80-96%, early orange 80%, middle orange 90%, late orange 97% (maturity 80-90%)
Orange breakage rate: about 1%.
Working principle
1. The Automatic Orange peeling machine consists of feeding device, orange peel cutting device and peeling machine.
2. Feeding and orange peel cutting device: after orange enters, nylon roll is used to pull the material. The upper part is equipped with stainless steel stopper roll. The oranges enter five feeding wheels in sequence and slides into the peeling positioning groove. The orange in the positioning groove is pressed into the outgoing groove by a circular stroke pressing mechanism. There are five peeling knives in the groove. After orange peel cutting, the oranges enter the peeling machine.
3. After orange peel cutting, the oranges enter the peeling machine. A pair of clip-type peeling rollers clamp the orange peel. The upper part of the roll is equipped with an orange roll-stop device, which makes the orange without peeling roll roll. The clamp roll can clamp the orange peel. The lower part is equipped with an orange peel slider and a belt for peeling.
