Working Process: The filling machines normally works with high viscosity mixers, such as butterfly type disperser, Two or three shaft multifunctional mixer, and double planetary mixer. And the extrusion machine. After materials mixed in the high viscosity mixer, use extrusion machine to press to discharge materials. Extrusion machine connected with packing machine, to achieve different filling.

A/B Two Components Adhesive production line
* A/B Two Components Adhesive production line usually includes:
Mixing machine, discharging machine and filling machines.
* Double planetary mixer be used to mix and produce the high viscosity adhesive/sealant; double planetary mixer can be customized with heating/cooling system, vacuum system as well as other related functions.
* Extrusion machine, used to press materials out from the drum, to discharge materials; extrusion machine can lift up the drum little higher, to discharge materials.
* Full auto filling machine, connects with the extrusion machine, to fill the materials into the Cartridges.
* Double planetary mixer be used to mix and produce the high viscosity adhesive/sealant; double planetary mixer can be customized with heating/cooling system, vacuum system as well as other related functions.
* Extrusion machine, used to press materials out from the drum, to discharge materials; extrusion machine can lift up the drum little higher, to discharge materials.

Technical Paramenter
A/B components Cartridges Filling Machine
1. Manually put the empty cartridges in the holes on the turntable
( can use full auto machine with feeding device).
2. Turntable move to the filling heads to fill the A components/ B components
( will see which components will be filled first).
3. After fill the materials, cover feeding device drive the cover onto the cartridges. And turn to the cover press device, to press the cover.
4. After one component finished filling & covering & cover pressing, drive to another filling head, to fill another component materials.
5. After all components are finished filling, drive the full cartridge out of the turntable.
Filling capacity: About 20-40 pcs/min.
Filling size: 300ml - 400ml
Air source needed: 0.6-0.8Mpa
2. Turntable move to the filling heads to fill the A components/ B components
