We are a Vietnamese charcoal producer and exporter . With more than eight years of experience we only produce charcoal of high quality. For years, we've exported mainly to Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates. Most of our customers sent feedback to us telling that they were totally satisfied with our products. Their comments have motivated us to increase production as well as extend our market to other countries.
We would like to confirm that our hardwood lump charcoal is one of the best in Southeast Asia. It originates from natural forest. As far as we know, the lifespan of trees in nature forest is from 40-100 years old, so the charcoal obtained from natural hardwood has good characters like high heating value, long burning time, good fire, without crackle. It's so much different from the charcoal obtained from cultivated wood such as acacia, eucalyptus, mangrove and longan. Lifespan of cultivated trees are from 3- 5 years so their charcoal is light, soft, spongy leading to shorter burning time, low heating value and crackling fire.
Further more, we not only produce and export hardwood lump charcoal but also promote export of this commodities. In Vietnam there are alot of charcoal producers. They really want to do international trade, however, with poor English, lack of export knowledge and skills, unprofessional behaviour, they can not export. The fact has shown that some local producers had found out foreign buyers but they did not know how to deal with them so the buyers quickly went away. They have asked us for help with our experience. As a charcoal producer we have a precise understanding about charcoal and a good relationship with various suppliers in this sector, so we can determine exactly and quickly suppliers who are most suitable to each foreign customer's demand. In recent few years, besides exporting our own produces, we also help other suppliers to export their products by introducing them foreign customers those we could not meet requirements and giving them our advices.
