A: Yes, our highest temperature is 450F/230C, as for curler, becuase there is no protective outside the barrel ,so the best temperature is 200-210C, in case it will burn you face or hand.

A: Ceramic itself will protect hair a lot and titanium will make heat up fast and heat compensation fast also heat conductive is better and save time, so damage will be little, but titanium is much more expensive than ceramic.
