1. How many years has your factory been established?
Annie: We have 20 years experience on home decoration and furniture. We've been Alibaba gold Seller for 15 years.We can do OEM and ODM. You can find relevant information on the home page of the store or the company profile.

2. When could I get a quotation?
Annie: Our working time is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

3. Do you have the ability to print our business name and logo on the product/packaging?
Annie: Yes. We can. We can do silkscreen printing logo on the wood and also can do heat stamp logo on the wood for you.For the packaging, we can print your logo on both sides of the box.

4. How long is your production cycle?
Annie:The production cycle for each product is different. Some items can be completed within two weeks and some will need 20 to 40 days. If you need further clarification, send me the product link, and I will reply as soon as possible.

5. May we get a sample of the product and how much will you charge?
Annie:Yes, we are glad to prepare sample for you.
Usually, The sample fee is double the unit price.
But if there is a mold fee or printing plate fee, we will ask for those cost from you
For the sample charge, we will refund it to you once you place the bulk order to us.

6. How you can guarantee the goods quality?
Annie: Our quality is priority. We will make samples before mass production and test them , After sample approved , we will begin mass production , Doing 100% inspection during production and then do random inspection before shipment.
We have IQC IPQC FQC and QE professional process to 100% inspect your goods to guarantee the quality before Shipment. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

7.Can you do a design for us?
Annie: Yes. We have an experienced professional design team.Tell us what you think and we'll help you design it.
If you do not have the complete document, please send us the high resolution image, product size and other details information, we will complete the design and confirm with you before start doing the sample.

8.What is your payment term?
Annie:30% deposit in advance by T/T. Balance 70% against copy of B/L. We can also accept paypal and LC.

9. What is the minimum quantity for mass purchase?
Annie: Different models can be mixed in one container,but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
The MOQ for each product is different, so it would be recommended to refer to the detail page of the product you are interested in. If you need further clarification, send me the product link, and I will reply as soon as possible.
We will also consider reducing the minimum order quantity for the first cooperative order to test the market for you.
