Q: What is shipping time
A: About 5 to 15 days to USA and Canada, we are lightening fast:)
Q: Is your coir fiber dark brown or light brown?
A: It is light brown, top quality premium coconut fiber.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If there is damaged pieces when you receive shipment, simple take photos, tell us quantity, we will instantly refund.
Q: Is this for custom printing?
A: Yes, it is. The doormats are ideal for stencil painting, UV printing, laser engraving. Some clients flock on the mats too, looks great.
Q: What is the back? is it durable?
A: The most common back is vinyl, some one call it rubber in the market, it is not, it is vinyl. We also have latex backing, but that is not rare in the market, the doormats in Ikea uses latex backing. Latex is good for extreme cold weather.
Q: Do you make stencils too?
A: yes, we do, we help our clients make stencils, but we don't sell stencils.
Q: Do you have doormats display stand?
A: Yes, we do, but we need to ship from China.
Q: Is your fibers shedding like crazy?
A: Due to the nature of the mats, the floating fibers on the top will shed, but not crazy, the reason why the fibers shed is when we produce the mats, we will need to trim the surface, so the floating fibers fall into the mats, we usually shake the mats before packing, but some fibers will be left. The fibers tufted on the back will not shed. We also have a non-shedding version doormats, but need to ship from China. Our average version is good enough, believe me.
Q: Do you provide custom printing service?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: When we laser etch the mats, sometimes fibers will stick out and hurt the nozzle, do you have a solution?
A: Yes, we do have an extra smooth version for laser engraving. We will extra trim the surface to make sure there is no sticking fiber, but have to ship from China.
Q: Is the back broken easily?
A: No, the back is durable.
Q: How is your quality?
A: Our quality is top notch. We use best color fiber only, not the dark one. We use grade A coconut fiber. The fiber density of our mats are much better than those in the market, it is around 5.8kg per square meter, it has a premium look. Checked the video feedbacks from our client.
