Kerui refractory bricks can be shaped and customized to suit various furnace configurations, offering flexibility and adaptability in challenging industrial settings.
Graphite crucible is made of natural flake graphite as the main raw material and plastic refractory clay or carbon as the binder. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, strong thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and long service life. During high-temperature use, the thermal expansion coefficient is small, and it has certain strain resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating.

Thermal Conductivity

The high density of graphite crucible enables the crucible to have the best thermal conductivity, and its thermal conductivity effect is significantly better than other imported crucibles;

Corrosion Resistance

The graphite crucible has a special glaze layer and dense molding material on the outside, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the product and extends its service life;

Natural Graphite

The graphite components in the graphite crucible are all natural graphite, which has very good thermal conductivity.

Graphite Crucible Maintenance

1. The crucible specification number is the copper capacity (#/kg) ;
2. The graphite crucible must be strictly protected from moisture and must be placed in a dry place or on a wooden shelf when stored;
3. Handle it with care when transporting, and do not drop or shock it;
4. It needs to be heated in a drying equipment or furnace before use, and the temperature gradually rises to 500℃;
5. The crucible should be placed below the level of the furnace mouth to prevent the furnace cover from wearing the upper mouth of the crucible;
6. When adding materials, the amount of dissolved material in the crucible should be adjusted. Do not add too much material or tighten the crucible too tightly to avoid shrinking the crucible;
7. The unloading tool and crucible clamp should conform to the shape of the crucible, and the middle part of the clamp should prevent the crucible from being damaged by force;
8. When removing slag and coke on the inner and outer walls of the crucible, tap lightly to prevent damage to the crucible.
9. A suitable distance should be maintained between the crucible and the furnace wall, and the crucible should be placed in the center of the furnace;
10. Using an appropriate amount of combustion accelerants and additives will shorten the service life of the crucible;
11. During use, turn the crucible once a week to extend the service life of the crucible;
12. ± Prevent strong corrosive flames from spraying directly on the sides and bottom of the crucible.
