Truck mounted wet shotcrete machine Advantages
1. A dedicated off-road chassis, four-wheel drive, four-wheel braking, four-wheel steering (crab, centripetal, front, and rear
wheels are four steering modes), good maneuverability, small turning radius, suitable for narrow and complex road conditions. Open cab with wide view and two-way driving. It adopts the imported carro axle of Italy Carraro, the hydrostatic system is used for walking, and the main pump and motor of PMP travel in Italy.
2. The manipulator has a large spray range, many degrees of freedom, flexible remote control operation, good spray flatness, less rebound, high spray efficiency, good construction quality, stable structure, safe and reliable, and smooth movement.
3.The accelerating agent adding system adopts screw pump, which has large flow, long life and good reliability. According to the preset ratio, the amount of admixture is automatically consistent with the concrete pumping output, and can be monitored and adjusted in real time through the industrial control screen or remote control.
4.The electrical system is reliable and durable. Components are imported from domestic and foreign famous brand products. All spray operations can be operated by one person on the remote control.
5.It adopts wireless remote control, which is convenient and flexible. It is equipped with a lead cable of 80m, which is retracted by a cable drum driven by a hydraulic motor.
It is driven by a motor during normal spray construction. In the case of power interruption, the power of the diesel engine can also be used to make the pumping system work for a short time, and the injection robot can realize various operations such as collecting and releasing the robot and cleaning the pump at a slow speed.
