This machine is specially designed for coffee powder product (or other kinds of powder products, such as cocoa powder, milk powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed inside empty nespresso capsule. This filling and sealing machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of 304 stainless steel.

Machine Application

the machine can work with powder and liquid product to fill and seal.also it can equipped with nitrogen filling system and code printer.

Working Process of the machine

1 . Falling Cups: Cups drop down one by one automatically.

2. Nitrogen: Flush nitrogen before filling coffee powder. (optional)

3. Tank Mixing: Mixing coffee powder.

4. Filling Coffee Powder: Auger filling type.

5. Press Coffee: Compact coffee tight after filling.

6. Suck Putting Lids: Vacuum arm suck and put foils on cups for cup sealing.

7. Heating Sealing: Push-out finished cups to a platform.

8. Pushout Finished Cups: Push-out finished cups to a platform.
