1. When the diameter is set, the tube length can be adjusted.

2. The chart is only for reference, and capacity and length can be customized along with the specific diameter of tube.
3. All the tube length refers to the testing result after sealing, if the customer need to seal tubes by himself, the tube length should be increased 10-20 mm.

Printing Area on Tube

1.Product may shrink by 2.0% following production.

2.1.5mm must be reserved for circumference printing.

3.Standard size for eye mark is 2.0mm* 5.0mm,other size are available on request.

4.No print area next to the tube shoulder is 2mm, no print area on the tube tail is 5mm, they can be adjusted according to the requirement.

1) ----- Where is your factory located?
----- Our factory is located in Wanyang Industrial Park, Donghua Town, Yingde City, Guangdong Province , China. We also have a business office in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City. All our clients, whether from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

----- Yes, we can do OEM products.

3) ----- How to get samples?
----- Existing samples without customized design are free, but freight should be paid by customers. If you want us to make new customized samples, we will charge and it is USD 100-200/option. It will take 7-10 days to make the sample . Much more fashionable styles/options will be found from our professional website.

4) ----- How long is the delivery time?
----- It varies from 15 days to 35 days depending on the styles/options and quantity of designated products.

5) ----- What is the minimum order quantity?
----- 10,000 pieces. The more you order, the cheaper prices you'll get.

6) ----- How does your factory do regarding quality control?
----- In our factory, we have professional quality inspection personnel. Each production process will be checked and inspected by them. Every detail during the producing and packing processes is cared by skilled workers from beginning to end.
------ There are different Testing Machines to check the properties and functionalities of tubes.

7) ------What's your payment term?
------- 40% deposit in advance by T/T,balance 60% paid before delivery.

8) ----- How many styles of packing?
----- Cosmetic tubes: according to the tube's size
-----Carton size: according to the tube's size
-----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.
------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.

9) ----- How about the shipping?
----- For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on
different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
