The horizontal tube-type reactor with the  steel material plant,  tank cover is pressed with one complete steel block 16MnR.

Tank cover flange, vessel body flange overall forging processed by using 16Mn totally.

The welding seam of pressure parts was heat-treated and strict non-destructive testing according to relevant authority standards.

Each autoclave has test certification issued by China official.

Vacuum and high pressure impregnation :
It is a physical process that preservatives are injected into w ood autoclave by vacuum and high-pressure impregnation. In this physical process, the chemical reaction process of some preservative active components with starch, cellulose and sugar in wood is realized. This process destroys the living environment of bacteria and insects that cause wood decay, and effectively improves the outdoor preservative performance of wood. Vacuum and high pressure impregnation are the most important processes of anticorrosion treatment

Initial vacuum--add antisepitc agent--increase pressure--pressure preserving dip--pressure relief--removal of preservatives--final vacuumize--restore atmosphere--open the tank door and take out the wood

Two types opening ways for the users to choose

one side door open and open door to up or down . Side-door structure with rotating arm.

Rotating flexible, low-operating, easy opening; on the use of lever-type door open institutions,

lever bottom connecting the vessel door,the top equipped weight unit device,
